How will you recieve your images/films
I will send a link with your online gallery to your email! Your images/films will be able to be downloaded from there. My wedding packages will receive a USB drive with the gallery in addition to the link.
When will you receive your gallery
I try my best to get galleries back ASAP! Regular sessions have a turn around time of 1-2 weeks and Wedding have a turn around time of 3-4 weeks. I also will send sneak peeks back if you are announcing something!
I update my editing que under my instagram highlight "QUE" every week so you know where you are!
what is the best way to contact me
I check my form submissions daily through this website and also keep an eye on my messengers for Facebook and Instagram. If I don't respond in 24 hours please message me again because I did not receive it. I never ignore anyone!
If I am out of office for some reason I will keep my stories on Instagram and Facebook updated with that information!
